Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sr Office Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct ergonomic evaluations, manage the Records Retention Program, handle vendor relations, document tracking, and procedure development. You will also coordinate various operational needs, including maintenance, office furniture installation, janitorial services, mail, security, and environmental health and safety services. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ergonomic evaluations to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment for employees.
Manage the Records Retention Program, including vendor relations, document tracking, and procedure development.
Coordinate ongoing operational needs such as maintenance, office furniture installation, janitorial services, mail, security, and environmental health and safety services.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables that promote creativity while ensuring consistency and high efficiency for the Operations Team.
Handle miscellaneous office services tasks and provide backup service to other members and sites as needed.
Continually improve processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities.
