As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing new product processes and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing technologies. This position empowers you to take ownership and drive results by tackling challenging and non-routine manufacturing engineering tasks, applying standard engineering techniques and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and explore new and emerging manufacturing technologies.
Lead efforts in Design for Manufacturing across various development engineering teams.
Define manufacturing procedures, operation sequences, and prepare tooling and gauge lists.
Develop and validate N/C programs, create detailed operations sheets, and work instructions for complex machined parts and sub-assemblies.
Enhance mature programs through CAD/CAM, custom macros, and manual coding.
Establish and update time standards, man-to-machine ratios, and economic run quantities.
Provide cost estimates for new business initiatives and process enhancements.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, operations, and quality professionals.
Seize leadership opportunities within the Group.
Support automated manufacturing cells to improve process stability and reduce labor dependence and variability.
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (preferred but not required).
5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
Access to United States Export Controlled information is required.
CAD/CAM CNC programming experience (NX preferred).
Proficiency in CNC Milling machine processing, tooling, and programming, with a focus on 4 and 5 axis machining.
Innovative thinker and self-starter with a drive to advance methodologies and technologies.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Lean mindset and leadership abilities to promote Lean practices.
Lean belt certification is a plus.
Preferred experience in tooling and fixture design.
Knowledge of automated and advanced manufacturing systems.
Program management training and experience is advantageous.
