Job Description
Vuori is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Solutions Engineering and Integrations team, with a focus on technical design, development and support of our ERP system and enterprise integration framework. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&
O), expertise with integration design patterns, iPaaS solutions, standards and best practices, and a proven track record of leading software development and integration projects. In this role, you will lead your team in applying agile practices and design thinking to deliver and support solutions that enable Vuori’s growth.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the engineering team responsible for the technical development, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP system, specifically Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and develop strategies to seamlessly connect our enterprise applications.
Oversee the design and development of custom integrations, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Manage the full lifecycle of ERP and integration projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory standards in all aspects of ERP and integration development.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in ERP and integration solutions and assess their potential impact on the organization.
