Job Description:
Phoenix Lighting, who for over 75 years, has delivered robust and reliable lighting solutions to allow their customers to perform their missions safely in the most demanding environments, is looking for an Sr. HR Generalist. The Sr HR Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor in both leadership and with employees while providing guidance and solutions to enhance the organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. This role is crucial in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Onsite 8:
00 a.M. to 5:
00 p.M. with limited flexibility

Certification:
SPHR, PHR or wiling to obtain your SPHR, PHR preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations and guide HR policies and procedures
Oversee the full lifecycle of talent management, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports
Collaborate directly with the HR Director and leadership on HR-related matters
Coordinate employee events and facilitate internal communications
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Administer core HR programs, processes, or practices including recruiting, employee benefits, performance management, and employee development
