Job Description
Visa is seeking a Sr. Director of Deal Experience and Market Intelligence, reporting to the Head of LAC Deal Team in Latin America and Caribbean, to expand and help lead the LAC Deal Experience and Market Intelligence Team. As Sr. Director of Deal Experience and Market Intelligence Team, you will lead the creation and delivery of client-centric strategic proposals and presentations that showcase Visa's “One Visa” value proposition and align with our strategic pillars and growth levers. You will work closely with account executives and cross-functional leaders across a broad spectrum of the business to understand the client's needs and goals, Visa’s capabilities, and industry trends and dynamics, translating them into a compelling and winning story in client proposals and deal presentations. You will play a key role in winning client partnerships across issuer, fintech, digital partnerships, etc. and driving LAC's continued growth and success. You also will create methodologies to track deal performance and establish market intelligence guidelines and procedures to support Account Executives with insights for better deal management.

Core Responsibilities:
You will lead the Deal Experience and Market Intelligence team that works closely with Latin America and Caribbean Sales, Product, Marketing, Visa Consulting &
Analytics, Finance, Legal, and other Visa teams to craft winning proposals and presentations for clients:
Support Strategic Deals and RFPs:
Partner with Deal Team and Sales by sharing best practices and developing win themes and “big ideas” to meet client’s needs.
Lead brainstorming sessions with sales teams and Visa SME network, including executive business heads, to brainstorm the “One Visa” value proposition.
Drive content creation and curation to tightly align to the client needs and enterprise goals, while highlighting Visa differentiators.
Lead client-customized proposal content, including interactive proposal experiences, process from creation through delivery.
Work with UX designers to bring Visa capabilities to life.
Common Proposal Platform (CPP content repository):
Provide strategic oversight on content evolution and strategic frameworks to optimize client-facing staff demand and usage.
Work with the Global Deal Team, regional deal teams on vision and timeline to expand/scale repository in Latin America and Caribbean.
Deal Performance Tracking and Market Intelligence:

Provide executive reporting and insights into key LAC Deals, Client Board of Director updates, and LAC Market Share reporting and analyses.
Establish various external data sources, includingcompetitive analysis, market research studies, industry journals, etc. and translate in insights for better deal strategies and market recommendations.
Special Projects:
Support ad-hoc projects as needed to help deepen client relationships, restructure revenue profitability, drive sales enablement, showcase Visa capabilities at executive forums, etc.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
