Sr Director, General Manager

Job Description
The Sr. Director/General Manager acts as the strategic pillar of manufacturing operations, leading manufacturing operations by developing and executing effective business strategies to achieve business goals. The GM develops a world-class team focused on results, and is a role model for a culture of integrity and trust. Paramount to the success of the role will be the successful achievement of safety, quality, delivery and cost performance, while leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilties:
Champion MasterBrand’sZero Injury Missionthrough demonstrated commitment to theAlways Awareprogram, site specific safety plans and targeted MasterBrandinitiatives.
Drive collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to develop and execute manufacturing strategies, including manufacturing, sourcing, material planning, scheduling, and logistics.
Lead safety quality, delivery, and cost initiatives down through the organization with clearly defined and actionable plans.
Create and communicates a clear vision for the future to inspire and drive the business to achieve and exceed business goals and objectives.
Serves as an icon for the MasterBrand Way through trusting the process, embracing the team, and moving forward.
Cultivate the MasterBrand Way culture by utilizing the tools and methodologies of the MasterBrand Business System while driving change.
Establish, improve, sustain and report KPI performance;
leverage data to prioritize actions and drive continuous improvement.
Drive customer satisfaction through strict adherence to product specifications, open communication and timely follow-up.
Identify and implement new technology, equipment, systems, and/or process improvements that enhance MBCI’s manufacturing platform;
drive return on investment.
Build organizational capability by aligning human capital with the business mission, vision and values;
focus on structure, people and process improvement opportunities.
Recruit, manage and continuously develop a world-class manufacturing team.
Develop and manage the operation’s operating budget;
ensure achievement of financial objectives.
