Job Description
Join ourLegal, Compliance and Audit (LC&
A) operations team in our Jersey City, NJ headquarters where we have a flexible hybrid work model.
Review, negotiate and draft contracts and standardized templates pertaining to new products, license agreements, product supplements, new master agreements, renewal amendments, statements of work, security addendums, etc.
Effectively partner with the Law department, product owners and subject matter experts to ensure successful negotiations, resulting in effective agreements which have properly mitigated risk.
Identify incoming client contracts to quality check and ensure that all approvals are in place prior to final execution.
Manage relationships with Sales, product owners, business units, Finance, Customer Service, Compliance, Audit, Claims Senior Leadership and others to implement and/or improve contracting workflows, including processing and tracking contracts within CRM and CLM.
Ad-hoc projects as assigned
Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
