Sr. Architect

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Architect to join our team. As a Sr. Architect you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create stunning and functional spaces.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for various architectural projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
Create architectural designs, renderings, and presentations using industry-leading software.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
NCARB Certified
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect.
Registered Architect and in good standing.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent design and visualization skills.
Experience managing and leading architectural projects.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project team members.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
