Sr Analyst – People Analytics

Job Description
The Senior Analyst – People Analytics will be a critical member of our HRIS team and serve as the point-of-contact for ensuring data integrity, report writing, and analytics of data and trends. This position works full time onsite at our Wynn Las Vegas offices.
Creates reports within HR Systems as necessary by understanding business needs internal/external to HR
Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and analytical goals
Interpret people data analytics, including providing insight to turnover, engagement, exit interviews, and benefit data
Analyzes data, identifies trends, and provide actionable recommendations for the business
Ensures meaningful and actionable report output
Interpret and communicate data to stakeholders
Create and schedule delivery of standard reports to gain efficiencies
Develops dashboards and other visual data management tools to easily communicate data and trends
Create complex formulas and functions to automate data analysis and calculations
Conduct quality audits to ensure data integrity and ease of reporting
Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports
Promotes a data-driven culture
