TANDEM Partnerships is in search of a Sponsorship Services Assistant to support our
Sales team throughout the busy summer months. We are looking for a savvy, quick thinkingindividual who is eager to learn, grow, and gain experience in an agency
Environment.
At TANDEM, you will:
Learn the ins and outs of sponsorship and advertising
Work directly with some of the most fun and unique properties in California
Gain exposure to a diverse array of brands
Have fun working with the coolest team in sponsorship
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in direct communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Ensure partner compliance during the 2024 OC Fair.
Collaborate with the Social Media Team on content capture during events, brand activations, and the 2024 OCFair.
Aid the Servicing Team in proof-of-performance capture and tracking during the 2024 OC Fair.
Required Skills:
Organized – use consistent nomenclature, structured notetaking and leverage digital tools.
Self-Starter – initiative approach, goaloriented and adaptable
Teamwork – Must be comfortable in a supportive, team-orientated role.
Resourceful – leverage knowledge,collaborations, and tools to complete tasks.
Detail oriented and creative – communication needs to be engaging and effective.
Desire to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback.
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written must beclear, concise and articulate.
