Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No weekend rotation.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to residents.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of each resident.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and techniques.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy.
