We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and provide necessary therapy. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals of all ages, from children to adults, with a variety of speech and language challenges. You will develop personalized treatment plans, provide therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
This position is full-time with a competitive rate of $65 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose individuals with communication and swallowing disorders
Create and implement personalized treatment plans
Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
Educate patients and their families on effective communication strategies
Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress
Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
Prior experience in diagnosing and treating communication and swallowing disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency in utilizing specialized technology and software related to speech-language pathology
