Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Assists the Food &
Beverage management in the development and planning for concepts of service, policy, procedures, and menus for entire culinary department.
Makes sure that special orders by guests, owners or management are executed correctly.
Normal weekly schedules of six days during busy season.
