Green House Solar is currently recruiting Solar Sales Representatives to join our sales team!

Job Type:
- Earning potential of $100-$150K!
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales of premium solar equipment and energy storage systems
- Secure appointments with company provided leads, self-generated leads, and referrals
- Sell solar virtually and in-house to customers' residences/businesses in person in Northern &
Central New Jersey
- Accurately communicate information regarding NJ energy markets and legislative changes to customers
- Manage incoming sales leads for Green House Solar;
including third party leads and warm leads from the company website
- Attend weekly sales meetings and one company-wide meeting each month
- Conduct sales presentations, build proposals &
report outcomes via CRMsoftware
- Deliver an outstanding customer sales experience and educate homeowners on how solar can help them save money and the environment
Qualifications:
- Must be driven and ambitious
- Ability to build rapport with prospects from different cultural backgrounds
- Must be a self-starter, able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
- Flexible &
optimistic attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Team player who works well with others in various departments
- Capable of making each customer experience as informative and enjoyable as possible
Requirements:
- Passion for solar and energy independence
- Solar sales experience preferred but not necessary
- Must have an honest sales approach – Integrity is key!
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in using MS Office &
CRM Databases
