About The Job:
working alongside the other members of the billing and monetization team, you will design and build new products to improve workflows and efficiency of billing and other business operations. you will build mission critical, highly available, reliable production saas service(s). you will collaborate with business and product stakeholders to architect new tools from the ground-up. you will have a direct impact on pagerduty revenue and play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining third-party systems such as zuora, salesforce etc. you will learn new technologies and share knowledge with the rest of the company. you will participate in your team’s on-call rotation, triaging and addressing production issues as they arise. minimum requirements:
b. s. or higher in computer science (or equivalent work experience) 3+ years of development experience working on customer-facing and web-based systems you have experience with designing, implementing and leveraging apis in a service-oriented environment you have experience in object-oriented design and design patterns you have excellent communication skills working with product owners and geographically dispersed team you have 1+ years agile methodology experience you have basic linux sysadmin experience you are a self-starter, reliable team player with ability to deliver projects on-time you have ability to thrive in a high-intensity, rapidly changing environment, and to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency preferred qualifications:
