Job Description
Alpine is seeking aSoftware Developer II to join our Ft. Lauderdale office. In this role, you'll join an agile scrum team responsible forcreating software features within Alpine’s suite of software products. The Software Developer II will participate in all areas of development including design, coding and testing in collaboration with the teamand aligned with company standards and guidelines. Candidates with a background in Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, or CivilEngineering) are preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with an Agile Scrum team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based software products
Analyze and provide solutions to technical problems and projects
Develop automated unit tests for applications according to company standards
Participate in peer review sessions of solutions and related code, ensure software quality throughout the complete SDLC
Prepare software documentation including technical diagrams and manuals on the design, use, and operation of the software
Analyze and provide solutions to technical and application problems
Aid in gathering and documenting requirements in the form of Agile Epics, User Stories, and tasks
