DESCRIPTION
The primary responsibility of the Social Media &
Influencer Marketing Specialist is to create, post, engage, market, and analyze Wow Bao across multiple organic social platforms. This multifaceted role involves content generation, platform management, audience expansion, engagement enhancement, content virality optimization, and performance tracking across various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, LinkedIn, among others.
The key metrics of success for this position will be increasing customer engagement and growing social audiences, to grow brand awareness, positioning and positive brand sentiment, to ultimately increase sales. This person will curate and maintain a positive brand image through social media.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across multiple platforms.
Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to augment brand visibility and drive sales.
Adapt strategies to accommodate changes in social media algorithms and trends, optimizing organic reach and deliverability.
Oversee organic social media strategy on various platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) for Wow Bao.
Increase brand awareness and engagement across marketing channels.
Curate and generate captivating content tailored to each platform's audience and trends.
Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engaging community interaction.
Foster audience growth, engagement, and interaction through innovative strategies and content initiatives.
Create regular, original, on-brand content for social media, including copy/storytelling, video, and photography.
Grow social media audiences on all platforms with the use of promotions, contests, partnerships, and other effective tactics.
Identify suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, and monitor campaign performance.
Manage Social Media Influencer program by creating and developing relationships with key influencers.
Manage influencer marketing strategies to identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values.
Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, content planning, and feedback provision.
Analyze performance metrics and trends to refine strategies for optimal outcomes.
Measure and report growth metrics for top-level insights and strategic decision-making.
Generate, collect, and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and themes, optimize program strategy and content, and prepare social media reports.
Monitor competitive social media strategies and report trends to the marketing team.
Be available to assist and work during Wow Bao offsite events such as Lollapalooza, National Bao Eating Contest, National Bao Day and other events as needed.
Must be able to communicate effectively with Leadership, corporate &
marketing team members,field level operators, and store employees.
Respond to customer service inquiries on social media and through the website.
Multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
Follow all rules, policies, and procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
Other duties will be assigned as needed
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA, a plus.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Proficiency in utilizing social media analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for engaging content.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience in using the following platforms:
Sprout Social and Klear is preferred.
