Slip Seat Shuttle/Spotter Driver

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Slip Seat Shuttle/Spotter Driver to join our team. This role involves shuttling and spotting trailers between plants in Gainesville, GA. The position operates on a 24/7 schedule, with shifts divided between full-time weekday drivers and part-time weekend drivers. Attendance is crucial to ensure smooth operations.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday:
Full-time, two drivers per shift from 4:
00 AM to 4:
00 PM and 4:
00 PM to 4:
00 AM.
Saturday and Sunday:
Part-time, one driver per shift from 4:
00 AM to 4:
00 PM and 4:
00 PM to 4:
00 AM.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay:

Job Responsibilities:
Shuttle and spot trailers between plants as directed
Operate within a slip seat arrangement
Maintain high attendance and punctuality to support 24/7 operations
Ensure safety and efficiency in all shuttle and spotting activities
