Job Description
Lead all activities about CI workshop based on LEAN methodology :
VSM
5S
Kaizen
Performance monitoring (Lacroix Daily Meeting, Hourly Production Dashboard, Visual Management, …)
SMED
Kanban
Milk Run
Pull system
Problem solving methodology
Responsible for the following KPI :
Direct Labor Productivity / Technical Productivity
Nb of workshop per month per CI Engineer
M² reduction
Audit of the model line
Contributor for :
Safety
Improvement of Direct Labor efficiency (Manual Efficiency, Technical productivity)
Reduction of equipment losses
WIP reduction
Scrap reduction
Key responsibilities:
Propose to the site General Manager the CI strategy for the plant
Deploy CI standards and best practices and train all stakeholders
Detect abnormalities versus CI standards by audit
Contribute to benchmarking and best practices sharing within Lacroix CI network.
Ensure the handover with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain for the sustainability of the standard
Follow and Support the impact of CI on manufacturing organizations (change management).
Lay out and flow definition, including office area.
