Showroom Specialist

As a Showroom Specialist at CandleScience, you will be tasked with providing the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and empowered support possible to our showroom customers and beyond.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and concerns, helping guide customers with projects they may be considering.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing exemplary support ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level.
Keeping the showroom clean and tidy presenting a welcoming environment, along with other general housekeeping tasks.
Assist with daily workflow of showroom functions, including verifying pickup order accuracy, organizing pick-up area, monitoring customer arrivals, greeting customers, and assisting customers with product sampling and questions.
Execute showroom transactions through our point-of-sale system.
Maintaining inventory for products available for purchase and creating unique ways to merchandise inventory for a fresh, buzzworthy look.
Collaborate on innovative and fun ways to introduce new products.
Work to understand and improve our customer’s experience by identifying customer issues, needs, and trends, then communicate these to the rest of the team.
Provide ideas and initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:
High School Education or GED Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least one year of related experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual a plus
Ability to stand or walk for long periods at a time
Ability to lift heavy materials up to 55 lbs repetitively
The Salary Range is $35,000-$38,000 based upon experience.
