The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Showroom Receptionist/Greeter with Rallye BMW! The Showroom Receptionist/Greeter plays an instrumental role in providing a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our clients. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with prior customer service and/or administrative experience.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the showroom
Greeting and directing all clients who visit the dealership.
Effectively organizing and keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.
Handling a variety of clerical duties including:
filing, scanning, data entry, etc.

RATE OF PAY:
$18 - $20 Per Hour
Requirements
Previous administrative or reception experience required. Dealership receptionist experience preferred.
Trainable in various computer systems.
Microsoft Office skills/general computer knowledge necessary.
Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
Outstanding phone and computer skills.
Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
