Shop Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages the daily service operations and customer service support of the service center.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Supervise technicians to perform quality, timely and efficient work. Prioritizes schedules and assigns work.
Promote and schedule training and development of service technicians.
Responsible for delivering technician operating performance results in line with established and posted goals.
Manages the failure analysis and warranty decision making process.
Determine customer payment method and prepare internal external customer quotations.
Maintain operation of shop and service areas in a safe, clean and effective manner as established by company policy.
Comply with all federal, state and local regulations to operation including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, DOT and worker's compensation.
Facilitate maintenance of company-owned shop equipment, vehicles and property.
Manage shop supplies, tooling expenditures and related inventories.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
Associate's or Technical School preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience required.
