Sharepoint Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SharePoint Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint Design, Development, Migration, Training, and Ad Hoc Support, along with experience in Microsoft Entra ID. As a SharePoint Consultant, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions that meet our clients’ unique business needs. This is a client facing position that requires coaching and training staff on SharePoint use and functionality.
TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Design:
Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their requirements, and translate them into effective SharePoint designs
Create user-friendly and intuitive SharePoint sites, ensuring a cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design
Development:
Develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and apps
Implement solutions using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell scripting
Migration:
Plan and execute SharePoint migrations from legacy systems or previous SharePoint versions to modern SharePoint platforms
Ensure data integrity and seamless transition during migration processes
Training:
Provide comprehensive training to end users and administrators on SharePoint functionality and best practices
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to enhance user adoption and proficiency
Ad Hoc Support:
Provide ongoing support for SharePoint environments, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements
Address and resolve user issues and requests in a timely manner
Microsoft Entra ID:
Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for enhanced identity and access management
Implement single sign-on (SSO) and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions using Microsoft Entra ID
