PRO-TEK LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our products and providing exceptional customer service. With a strong commitment to quality and attention to detail, you will diagnose and repair technical issues, perform routine maintenance, and provide essential support to our customers.
Responsibilities
Conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on our products
Installing and configuring new equipment, ensuring proper functionality
Performing preventative maintenance on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance
Responding to service calls from customers, addressing their concerns and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
Providing technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or in-person interaction
Collaborating with the service team to develop and implement efficient and effective service strategies
Keeping detailed records of all service and repair activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree or certification preferred)
Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
