We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in facilitating communication between customers and our technicians. Your main responsibilities will include receiving service requests, creating work orders, and coordinating the scheduling of repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely completion of service tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of automotive or equipment repairs is preferred.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Experience in a service writer role or related field preferred
