The Server serves food and beverage in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Essential Job Functions
- Take orders and serve food and beverage promptly
- Up sell guests and offer recommendations to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Know all menu item origins, preparations, and ingredients
- Set up, maintain, work, and breakdown station
- Assist in the clearing and set-up of tables during service
- Ensure tableware and chairs are clean and in place
- Carrie tools necessary to perform job, i.E. crumbers, corkscrew, etc.
- Completes side duties
- Maintain the proper care and cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment, and service areas
- Check with guests during service for guest satisfaction
- Receive and process proper guest payment
- Impute order for each meal ensuring accuracy
- Perform other duties as assigned
