Senior Tax Accountant

Hire Resolve's client is a reputable CPA firm based in Chicago. They provide comprehensive tax and accounting services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. With a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a team of experienced professionals, they are seeking a talented Senior Tax Accountant to join their team.
Responsibilities
Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
Research and interpret tax laws and regulations
Assist with tax audits and resolution of tax-related issues
Review financial statements and identify tax savings opportunities
Supervise and mentor junior tax accountants
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Active CPA license
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CPA firm
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$80K/yr - $97K/yr, negotiable

The annual salary target for this job in this market is 80,000 - $97,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the market demand, education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
