What you get to do in this role:
Guide the technical design, implementation, and optimization of global infrastructure services;
primarily focused on our Hybrid Cloud initiative.
Guidethe architectural and topology design, new technology evaluation and integration planning activities.
Research and recommend new technology, such as integrated hardware and software solutions, that meet key business requirements.
Ensure architecture and design providereliability and redundancy for all IT Services.
Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
Ensure high-quality documentation for supported infrastructure is developed and maintained.
Own the automation of operational activitiesfor Windows, Linux, and Cloud-related technologies.
Partner with ServiceNow developers to integrate Systems technologies with the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure SOX and other legal and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure area.
