Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with users to understand their development needs, gathering insights to inform product roadmap decisions. Effectively prioritize customer requirements within the broader engineering team.
Lead the end-to-end development process, from prototyping to product delivery, addressing complex challenges faced by our users.
Engage in detailed technical discussions and brainstorming sessions with the founders to gather and refine product requirements.
Identify and explore new areas for product development based on a strategic understanding of user needs and industry trends.
Take ownership of specific product segments, driving initiatives to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated experience shipping full-stack products, whether through professional roles or personal projects.
Comfortable thriving in a low-structure environment, adept at navigating ambiguity and uncertainty.
Passionate about building engineering tools and tackling challenges faced by software engineers.
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
Previous experience in developing internal engineering tools is advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
