Requirements
3+ years of industry experience with a real estate investment management/asset management SaaS vendor.
Ability to work 3+ days per week in Dallas Headquarters.
Be a strategic competitor with a consistent daily drive to win.
Personal development through practice and continued learning is advised. Know that athletes practice over and over for game day and that Sales is no different.

Additional Considerations
Passionate, driven self-starter with a track record of sales achievement.
Personable, with strong communication, presentation, selling, and questioning skills.
Understand that we do not operate in silos and embrace a team approach to winning.
Ability to travel up to 45% including prospect meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and company summits.
What will I Do?
Follow our proven sales process, obsessing over the details and knowing you have a team behind you.
Use tools available (HubSpot, Preqin, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, In-Person Meetings) to generate a list of leads, pipeline is yours to create.
Initiate communication and maintain positive engagement with all prospect business levels:
analysts, directors, VPs, and C-suite executives.
Be able to expertly communicate and demonstrate solution value, key features, and fit with the prospect’s business at many levels from associate to CEO.
Learn to truly understand the prospects business challenges to conduct proper discovery through conversation, sharing similar client success stories, while also presenting introductory PowerPoint to get into the prospect’s unique requirements.
Take a consultative approach to understanding the needs of prospects and be able to articulate them to various teams.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of our platform by presenting the introductory PowerPoint to all net new leads while consistently learning more of the Prospect’s individual requirements and wants.
Dependent on experience, quarterback the Pereview software sales life cycle from your initial outreach to close of net new accounts in the assigned region.
Be a true aggressive hunter, not a farmer. Significant emphasis for this role requires front end prospecting and initial outreach for “top of funnel”.
The expectation is that your pipeline is yours to be built. Incoming leads are not gifted but rather they are earned and will be assigned by Senior Vice President of Sales.
Territory will be Central US and/or Western US focused on portfolios of $1B+ of AUM.
Strategic usage and presence on LinkedIn will help build company and your personal brand.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with the broader sale's professional services, implementation partners, marketing, and senior leadership team to systematically develop sales opportunities. Have a team mentality and a willingness to adapt as needed.
Consistently achieve/exceed quota by maintaining a minimum of a 2x+ annual quota to pipeline.
This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales.
