Keller Executive Search is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Property Manager to join our client's team in Boise, Idaho. Our client is a leading real estate company specializing in property management and development. As the Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direction, coaching and supervision for the team
Understanding and implementing a highly effective marketing and leasing program together with a deep understanding of accounting and finance.
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, financial management, and tenant relations
Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income
Supervise property management staff and contractors, ensuring the highest level of service delivery
Monitor property performance, analyze market trends, and make recommendations for property improvements or expansions
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and accounting, to ensure seamless property operations

Requirements
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial and residential properties
Experience in implementing a highly effective marketing and leasing programs
Strong knowledge of real estate industry regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team
Proven track record of achieving occupancy and financial targets
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred
