The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team at Ossia. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Cota solution across multiple products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, customer support, and sales, to ensure successful product development and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a strong understanding of product development processes, and experience with requirements gathering and Jira.
Responsibilities:
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Understand customer end-to-end needs for the platform, pain points, and preferences through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business owners, customers, and internal teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
Act as an ambassador for the product, ensuring stakeholders understand the product's value and benefits.
Provide timely and transparent communication on product progress, milestones, and changes.
Product Strategy and Vision:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
Define product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
Agile Development and Collaboration:
Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups, ensuring a smooth development process.
Provide clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team's work.
Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to address questions, provide clarifications, and make trade-off decisions.
Product Launch and Marketing:
Plan and execute product launches, working closely with product marketing and sales teams to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and sales tools.
Create go-to-market strategies and drive user adoption and customer engagement.
Develop modeling tools for proposed solutions to assess scale and capacity, while understanding costs and financial implications
Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A technical background in software is strongly preferred.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering end-to-end solutions for localized and cloud-based applications.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices.
Experience with software product analytics and metrics.
Ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product marketing.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

125–135K, plus equity and bonus
