Senior Process Engineer
Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a leading global CDMO. This organization specializes in providing comprehensive development and manufacturing services, with a significant international presence.
As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive process improvements, contributing to the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities:
Provide process improvement and technical troubleshooting support.
Identify, select, and procure automated equipment.
Collaborate with global suppliers, product management, and operations.
Optimize equipment and facilities for productivity.
Participate in multidisciplinary project teams.
Implement cost-saving initiatives related to production.
Establish standards and guidelines for product transfers.
Ensure successful technical transfer of products into commercial production, adhering to GMP.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or packaging engineering.
3+ years of experience in automated systems (preferably in a manufacturing environment or other regulated industry).
Strong understanding of GMP regulations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
