Job Description
This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)
The Bosch Media Senior Manager leads the paid media presence of Bosch Tools across all three business units (Power Tools, Measuring Tools, and Accessories) for North America (US &
Canada). This role drives advertising strategy and activities informed by the consumer journey, including paid media planning and campaign development, tracking, analysis and optimization. This role works closely with the media agency to deliver critical brand-building and demand-driving advertising plans that improve brand awareness and consideration that ensure the brand is reaching our target consumer with relevant, distinct, and buzz-worthy paid content.
This role also works closely with the shopper team who lead co-marketing agreements with retailers to ensure all advertising activities are complimentary. This role partners with digital, social, and PR counterparts to drive cohesive integrated marketing plans for the brand that build positive brand perceptions and relevance.
Job duties include:
Leading master brand campaign concept development, production, and evolution
Leading paid media tactical planning, execution, learning plan, analysis &
optimizations
Partnering with PR, influencer and social media strategies and execution
Partnering with brand marketing team to consistently represent product positioning and key marketing messages in paid, earned and social channels
Partnering with digital marketing team to create cohesive user journeys between paid, earned and owned touchpoints
