Wasserman is looking for a motivated individual to join the Global Insights and Innovation team as Sr. Manager of Product Innovation. Wasserman’s Global Insights and Innovation team sits at the center of all we do, supporting the brands, properties, and talent businesses with actionable insights and proprietary products &
capabilities. The team leads Wasserman’s efforts in audience intelligence, performance measurement, and custom research and analytics. This team also develops and deploys the products and capabilities enabling these efforts. This role will sit at the center of our product development team focused on expanding and evolving the agency’s offerings.
The ideal candidate must have a dynamic foundation with the ability to understand and craft data-driven storytelling to inspire action…while also taking the learnings and applying them the build of leading software-based products. This candidate should be comfortable in a test and learn environment with experience building or developing new products and/or capabilities.

Duties:
Manage product roadmap to align organizational priorities with development timelines and necessary stakeholder feedback
Serve as primary point of contact for the product team with internal colleagues using our products to better understand their needs and pain points, and how we can best serve the agency at scale
Lead and support Power of Wasserman projects initially focused on creating strategies to recruit, retain, and grow talent across sports, music and entertainment.
Collaborate with software engineers, design and data methodology teams internally or through contractor support
Evaluate external partners to potentially evolve or enhance our product offerings
Consultation support for priority cross-functional projects to provide a Global Insights &
Innovation perspective
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand/product management, or innovation/insights functions
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Must possess an innate sense of curiosity and a commitment to finding the answer
Must be extremely agile – the ability to work up and down or across the organization with willingness and ease
Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
Must have baseline of current knowledge of the sports and entertainment industries.
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills particularly required for PowerPoint and Excel
Benefits
Base salary range:
$60K-$90K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to;
market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
