Senior Manager, Product Design

Job Description
As the Senior Product Design Manager for Xplor Pay, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our payment solutions. Your leadership and design expertise will drive the development of intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet the complex needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design strategy for Xplor Pay, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate with the CPO and cross-functional teams to define product vision and design direction.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Engage across the entire design process, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate user feedback into design iterations.
Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.

The average base salary pay range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000
