Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Manager – Digital Learning to support the development and expansion of our Digital Academy, a digital acceleration program, focused on upskilling resources on premier projects with the goal of optimizing design hours and enabling digital processes and solutions across our core engineering and design services. You will play a critical role in helping individuals enhance their digital skills and knowledge as well as helping the company create solutions for capacity constraints, delivering unparalleled design quality, and implementing new ways of working as the industry evolves.
The Digital Academy framework is based on four pillars, Assessment, Curriculum, Subject Matter Expert (SME) Led Training and Delivery Platforms. The person in this role will be responsible for executing on this vision.
This position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work opportunity to include both office and remote work schedules and can be in our offices in either Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a team responsible for developing and maintaining assessments to measure project resource proficiency in design tools, workflows, and advanced digital design capabilities.
Guide the creation of curriculum that aligns with closing proficiency skills gaps, defined technology stack(s) and project deliverables (i.E., workflows/automations).
Work across a highly matrixed organization to assess needs, build training and deliver to learners.
Collaborate with Change Management and Stakeholders from across regions and business lines to create awareness, engagement, and support for Digital Academy.
Manage a team responsible for curating and creating training materials and delivery formats to support the curriculum.
Manage the creation, execution, and maintenance of a Subject Matter Expert Led Training program.
Help determine and execute on the delivery platforms required to automate, scale, and engage.
Track assessment and training data and ensure critical data is available to project leaders, regional leaders and downstream systems to assist with career profiles, advancement, and project resourcing needs.
Monitor and manage the effectiveness of the Digital Academy program.
Align with other digital acceleration teams to ensure all teams are up to date and coordinated.
Support and drive the company's ability to successfully perform workshare across regions worldwide.
Continually look for ways to improve the program by being aware of new assessment and training trends, piloting new processes and/or products and garnering feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Ability to make quick decisions and act.
Effectively manage a team and help with the delivery of the work.
Ability to deliver on an accelerated timeline.
