Senior Manager, Data Warehouse

Job Description
As a Senior Manager for Data Warehouse systems, You will oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of Cornerstone Building Brands' data warehouse infrastructure, including development and operational support. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless integration of data sources and support the development of effective data solutions to enhance overall business analytics and data needs.
Essential Functions
Manages the tactical and strategic initiatives covering the infrastructure, implementation, integration, maintenance, support, security, and performance of data warehouse systems and projects
Leads teams to create a vision for how data elements from multiple sources should fit together as a whole and execute on that plan to mature the business towards a data-driven organization
Drive advocacy, adoption, and business satisfaction of the data warehouse through value generation, advanced reporting, integration of feedback, and multi-year product roadmap
Oversee the development and maintenance of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for seamless data integration from various sources into the data warehouse
Ensures data pipelines are efficient, scalable, and reliable, and that data models are designed to meet business requirements
Installs processes for auditing data warehouses and ensuring data quality - establishing data governance policies, procedures, and documentation
Work closely with all stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate complex data sets into visually compelling insights
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
