The Sr. Manager of Data &
Engineering &
Analytics will lead the data Engineering team that will include build out of databricks platform, data migrations and integrations between systems at Clean Earth Inc (Division of publicly traded Enviri corporation) with (phone number removed) employees and close to $1bn in revenue. Clean Earth specializes in handling specialty waste management at its facilities including contaminated soil, dredging and hazardous waste. You will oversee analytics engineering, data infrastructure, and advanced analytics to uncover insights and opportunities from Clean Earth's data
Lead a team of data engineers, integration (ELT and ETL leads) and business analysts to implement data analytics solutions
Define and execute the company's data analytics strategy and roadmap
Develop scalable data infrastructure, ETL processes, and analytics models leveraging tools like SQL, Python, Kafka, SSIS and data platforms, etc.
Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and machine learning to optimize operations and strategy.
Partner with Data Governance Lead to build tools and solutions to manage company wide data quality including data cleansing
Lead efforts around data migration from legacy systems
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and requirements.
Communicate analytics findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
