Jellyfish is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to join our team to work with the Creative, Strategy and Client Management teams, being the focal point and ensuring that all production streams are tracking. Reporting to our VP Production, you will manage the scoping and briefing process, and the smooth running of projects through to delivery. You will partner with the Creative, Strategy and Client Management teams, being the focal point and ensuring that all production streams are tracking. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of workflows and processes associated with creative brainstorming, digital, social and transcreation campaign production.
Responsibilities:
Scope integrated projects of varying scales, budgets and retained accounts.Lead the setup and structure of projects in both FinancialForce (Certinia) and Wrike for time tracking and task management.
Collaborate with RevOps on commercial governance.
Establish comms and job management tools to manage creative production.
Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
Lead the financial control of projects through adherence with Revenue Recognition, Commercial Flags and Project Close-out processes.
Provide solutions, suggest process efficiencies and optimizing and introducing better ways of working.
Work with Project Management and Finance teams to ensure adherence with project control and financial governance processes.
Build relationships at all levels, inspiring confidence in the delivery of projects
Raise PO's to third-party suppliers as managed and briefed, and approve invoices against cost reconciliations.
Support Resource Management on freelance requests in the event of identified skill gaps or lack of capacity with our teams.
Work with Capability Partners on talent casting.
Use a creative eye to understand client's overall campaign idea and how this can be extended into new formats and iterations.
Mentor, motivate, and support team members, displaying leadership and providing effective counsel to the team.
