Jellyfish is looking to bring on a Senior Integrated Producer to join our team to work with the Creative, Strategy and Client Management teams, being the focal point and ensuring that all production streams are tracking. Reporting to our VP Production, you will manage the scoping and briefing process, and the smooth running of projects through to delivery. You will provide solutions, suggest process efficiencies and optimizing and introducing better ways of working
Responsibilities:
Scope integrated projects of varying scales, budgets and retained accounts
Own the setup and structure of projects in both FinancialForce (Certinia) and Wrike for time tracking and task management.
Collaborate with RevOps on commercial governance.
Establish comms and job management tools to effectively manage creative production.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and and deadlines.
Lead the financial control of projects through adherence with Revenue Recognition, Commercial Flags and Project Close-out processes
Work with Project Management and Finance teams to ensure adherence with project control and financial governance processes
Build relationships at all levels, inspiring confidence in the successful delivery of projects
Raise PO's to third-party suppliers as managed and briefed, and approve invoices against cost reconciliations
Support Resource Management on freelance requests in the event of identified skill gaps or lack of capacity with our teams.
Work with Capability Partners on talent casting
Utilize creative eye to understand client’s overall campaign idea and how this can be extended into new formats and iterations
Mentor, motivate, and supoort team members, displaying leadership and providing effective counsel to the team
