ManTech is looking for a qualified HRIS/Workday Analyst that will support business processes and workflows within our Workday System. We are looking for a dynamic and system-minded individual who is an organized self-starter to join our HCM Systems team and play an integral role in supporting our HRIS functional practices.


• Provide process and functionality support within the Workday Time Tracking module

• Maintain and enhance functionality within the Workday Leave and Absence module

• Develop detailed requirements documentation including business process models, business requirements, use cases, and systems requirements

• Act as a liaison between end-users and IT, in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing and maintenance of Workday modules to ensure optimal support of the business

• Participate in the technical design process to ensure that business requirements are being satisfied

• Perform functional configuration tasks that satisfy end user requests for fixes, changes, and enhancements

• Responsible for triaging issues, identifying root-cause(s) and prioritizing and implementing tested fixes.

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes within assigned areas and support troubleshooting efforts

• Write end user documentation and quick guides


• Deep understanding in Time Tracking processes and requirements as they pertain within a government contracting organization

• Strong understanding of operational workflows with experience in the following areas: Absence and Leave, Payroll

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Handle multiple changing business priorities with calm and ease

• Excellent customer service orientation, welcoming and helpful, while focusing on continuous improvement

• Self-starter with curiosity, initiative and the confidence to find solutions to problems

• Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management skills

• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job

• Other essential functions and marginal job functions are subject to modification

Required Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience in HRIS, or a combination of HR and HRIS experience
• 2+ years’ Workday experience
