Job Overview:
Curenta is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As a key player in our human resources department, you will partner closely with company leadership to deliver strategic HR support, guidance, and solutions essential for our business's success.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing expertise on a wide range of HR matters including talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop HR policies and processes, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
This is a full-time position based in our main office.
Senior HR Business Partner, Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to align human resource strategies with business objectives.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the onboarding process and conduct talent reviews to integrate and assess new employees.
Administer performance review processes and provide managers with coaching on performance feedback.
Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
Facilitate the mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts, maintaining professionalism and neutrality.
Review, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Analyze HR metrics and data to gain insights that support strategic decision-making.
Identify training needs and develop training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Handle sensitive information with integrity, maintaining confidentiality in all HR activities.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
The candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or a similar role.
Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures is necessary.
Experience in collaborating with senior leaders and managers to drive organizational and cultural change is necessary.
A strong understanding of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of the organization.
The ability to analyze HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decision-making is important.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary for this role.
The candidate must have demonstrated the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the startup environment or in healthcare software development.
