Senior Freight Operations Specialist

Freight All Kinds is looking for a Sr. Operations Specialist with the qualifications outlined in this job description, plus a flexible, diligent work approach. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order entry
Scheduling pick-up and delivery of goods with shippers and carriers
Dispatch trucks
Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals
Other duties as assigned
Schedule:
Friday - 6am-3pm
Saturday 6am-3pm
Sunday - 6am-3pm
Monday - 6am-3pm
Ability to Relocate:

Requirements
-5 years experience in the logistics industry in an operations role
-Excellent Multi-tasking skills
-Excellent Customer service skills
-Excellent Problem solving skills
Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to commute into the office
The schedule is Friday to Monday from 6:
00 am to 3:
00 pm and over-time as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Spanish bilingual a positive
-Experience with load boards a plus
-Experience with track and tracing, and scheduling/rescheduling appts
-Self-sufficient and motivated

$80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance
