Senior Financial Analyst - Value Realization

Job Description
The Value Realization Office (VRO) is a centrally managed, strategic capability partnering closely with business and program leaders to create financial transparency and consistency in how we identify, track, and realize value across the portfolio of transformation programs.
The Supervisor, VRO is a member of the COE team and will support the VRO leaders. They will help complete accounting, ad-hoc financial analysis, activity analysis/benchmarking, control and monitoring for various programs. They will work closely with cross functional leaders and team to complete analyses, ensure VRO processes are adhered to and ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for representing detailed business cases throughout the lifecycle of a program – working with business and functional leaders to track and report actual performance, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive the measurement, reporting and analysis of business metrics and analytics
Partner closely with Manager, Director, and potentially VP level colleagues
Work with multiple stakeholders to help construct a flexible business model;
devise, measure and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), and create reporting tools to measure value created for the business
Financial reconciliation and analysis
Coordinate multiple deliverables and act as an ambassador across teams to effectively ensure execution again the strategic vision
Participate in weekly meetings to track progress and impact to multiple business cases
Prepare for executive business reviews and all strategic planning cycles
Ensure all planning and operation deadlines are met without fail
Present results of analyses through the creation and delivery of compelling and insightful presentations
