Senior Finance Manager: Americas Credit And Strategic Accounts

Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess the creditworthiness of international clients through thorough analysis of financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information.
Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Evaluate credit risk exposure across different regions and industries, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the organization.
Establish credit limits and terms for international clients, negotiating terms when necessary to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Monitor and manage credit exposures, including monitoring of credit limits, overdue accounts, and credit utilization ratios.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and risk management teams, to optimize credit decisions and support business objectives.
Provide guidance and training to team members on credit risk assessment and management best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to international finance and credit risk management.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key credit metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with internal and externa business partners/customers, serving as a trusted advisor on credit-related matters and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
