Draft, review, and manage employment contracts and agreements.
Provide routine legal advice to ensure compliance with wage, hour, and leave regulations.
Handle employment litigation effectively in both state and federal courts.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record in managing employment class actions and collective/class actions regarding wage and hour disputes.
Experienced in conducting both internal and governmental investigations.
Skilled in employee benefits litigation and labor relations.
