About the Role:
As a Senior Electromechanical Assembly Technician in our Automated Systems group at Guardant Health, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and integration of electromechanical components within our automation systems. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the seamless integration of components and the successful assembly of automation systems according to specifications and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Electromechanical Assembly:
Assemble electromechanical components including motors, sensors, actuators, controllers, and other hardware components according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
System Integration:
Assist in the integration of electromechanical components into automation systems, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and functionality.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality checks and inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure that components meet specifications and quality standards.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot issues with electromechanical components and systems, collaborating with engineers to implement timely solutions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including component inventory, assembly procedures, and quality inspection reports.
