The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading technically proficient teams, designing custom solutions, mentoring mid-level and junior staff, and developing calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications for the electrical design work on exciting and complex projects.

As Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be expected to:
Be self-motivated with strong work ethic and take pride in your work
Complete Electrical power and lighting designs for projects of all sizes
Make major design recommendations and design decisions with little input from senior staff
Plan design work, calculates costs, and time schedules to assign design duties to junior staff working on projects
