Job Description
As a Senior eCommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing data-driven site merchandising strategies and overseeing successful on-site execution for (url removed). You will partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, UX/UI, Product Merchandising, Marketing, Business Management and Product Management to help deliver a best-in-class customer experience across devices. As a successful Senior Merchandiser, you will combine an understanding of analytics, shopper journeys, visual merchandising, and a passion for user experience to continuously optimize performance.
This full-time position reports to the Director, eCommerce and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.
What you’ll do:

Develop site merchandising strategies across Desktop and Mobile sites;
ensure successful execution of all tactical site merchandising plans that will help meet and/or exceed company revenue and profitability goals
Utilize reporting data and analytics to recommend opportunities that improve site KPIs, shopper journey, and category performance. Create actionable site plans or make in-season adjustments to drive growth;
actively participate inweekly analytics reviews and present learnings and recommendations for optimization
Use site metrics to identify landing page patterns and opportunities;
Partner with Marketing to test and optimize landing page strategies by channel, and ensure a cohesive shopping experience across all touchpoints
Use deep understanding of shopper journey and site KPI data to propose experience optimizations. Propose AB Testing opportunities to validate hypothesis, work with Manager to vet test, oversee successful setup and execution of AB test results
Partner closely with Creative to develop site experiences that improve shopper engagement and support brand goals. Manage the creative development process (creative tickets, reviews) for seasonal refreshes and new site initiatives across various site placements (Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, etc.) providing business inputs and feedback to ensure alignment with business goals
Make recommendations for site enhancements across Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, etc. to improve the customer experience throughout their onsite journey;
work with manager to prioritize when technical support is required
Partner with Product Merchandising to ensure that product goals and benefits for all products are being translated onsite (site placement, product sort order, etc.) in a way that is consistent with their strategies and value propositions
If applicable, train and mentor direct report, providing ongoing feedback and supporting their growth &
development
What you bring to the table:

6+ years of eCommerce, Buying or Site Merchandising experience
Proven leadership and management experience
Proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics or other analytics platforms is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfort in retail mathematics and analyzing both sales and eCommerce KPIs
Passion for teamwork and collaboration
A self-starter with the ability to multi-taskand thrive in an environment with ambiguity
People first and growth mindset approach to people management and learning
